Predominantly Community Based Role - Adult Caseload
Outreach to First Nation Communities
Caseload:
90% NDIS | 10% HCP & CHSP
Diverse Caseload:
Support clients aged ***** (with the option to expand into paediatrics), delivering FCA reports, AT assessments, wheelchair prescription, minor home mods, and post-stroke rehab.
Mobile & Community-Focused:
Service clients locally from the Northern Beaches to Gordonvale, with occasional visits to Yarrabah.
Access clinic and OT spaces
for collaboration and support.
Outreach Opportunities:
Take part in monthly outreach to First Nations communities across Cape York, WIPA, and NT (reporting/assessment only).

Experienced OT Team:
Senior OT has 10 years generalist experience, the other OT has 3 years experience.

Fortnightly or Monthly Supervision;
Supervision from Senior OT in AT & home mods, Structured onboarding and caseload ramp-up, Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
Manageable Caseload:
Maximum 5.2 Billables a day (per 38 hour week)

$100,000 – $123,000 + Benefits

$1,000 annual allowance & Monthly in-house PD (discipline-specific & multidisciplinary)

KPI Framework:

Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers licence and own vehicle
