The Valuable Times Pub Group, Queensland's fastest growing Hotel Group, is now seeking applications for an experienced Retail Supervisor, with wine knowledge, to work in our retail stores based on the northern end of the Gold Coast.
Thisfull time positionrequires the flexibility to work a range of shifts across a 7-day roster including weekdays, nights, weekends and / or public holidays. You will receive two consecutive days off per week, including some weekends. The role will mostly be autonomously, while other times will work as part of a team.
Retail Supervisor duties include but are not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service and advice when required
Ensuring all shelves are fully stocked and stock rotation
Receiving deliveries, completing invoicing and inventory
Performing ID checks, cash handling, stock control and reconciliation
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the retail shop
The Essential Requirements:
A passion for wine and wine knowledge preferable
Sales experience is a must
Confident in recommending wines
Understanding both invoicing and inventory tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly motivated personality
Must be well presented
Own reliable transport and current drivers licence preferred
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol / or must be able to gain prior to commencing
