We're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused
Bid Coordinator
to join Fleetwood's NSW team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role plays a critical part in supporting the successful delivery of tenders, bids and sales opportunities across the business. Working closely with Sales, Estimating, Design, Manufacturing and Project teams, you'll help coordinate bid submissions, support lead generation activities and ensure opportunities progress smoothly from initial enquiry through to project handover.
This is an excellent chance for someone looking to build a long-term career in bid management, sales or business development. While previous bid coordination experience is beneficial, we're equally interested in candidates who demonstrate strong administrative capability, digital literacy, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn and grow. The successful candidate will receive exposure to all aspects of Fleetwood's sales and bid process, with explicit development pathways into roles such as Bid Manager, Business Development Manager or other commercial positions.
If you're highly organised, enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a career rather than just a job, we'd love to hear from you.
