This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager or ambitious Supervisor looking to develop their career within a supportive hospitality group.
About the Role
Working closely with the senior management team, you will oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily food and beverage operations and ensuring smooth service
Leading, motivating and developing a team of hospitality professionals
Managing opening and closing procedures, cash handling and shift reporting
Maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
Supporting stock control, ordering and inventory management
Ensuring compliance with RSA, gaming regulations and workplace health and safety requirements
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally




Supporting senior management with the ongoing success of the venue
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or experienced Hospitality Supervisor
A strong background in pubs, hotels or high-volume hospitality venues
Excellent food and beverage knowledge
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management approach
Confidence managing busy shifts and making operational decisions
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Current RSA and relevant gaming qualifications where required
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
