Guzman y Gomez Baulkham Hills in Sydney is recruiting a Line Chef / Chef de Partie to join a busy, high‐volume kitchen. You will rotate across sections, maintain speed and quality, and help deliver the authentic Mexican dining experience our guests expect.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, 24 years' kitchen experience, and a demonstrated work-ethic. Fluent English is not mandatory; Italian heritage is a plus.
