HEAD CHEF (OR SOLID SOUS READY TO STEP UP) - GERALDTON, WA | IMMEDIATE START
We are seeking a Head Chef, or a very strong Sous Chef ready to step into a Head Chef role, to lead our kitchen in Geraldton, Western Australia.
This role suits a chef who can confidently run a kitchen while also working closely and collaboratively with the owner as the venue moves through an exciting rebrand and expansion in a shared, clearly defined direction.
Key responsibilities include:
Full kitchen management and leadership
Leading, training and managing kitchen staff
Menu development, costing and food margin control
Restructuring kitchen systems, workflow and team structure
Hiring as the team grows
Working collaboratively with ownership on menu direction and rebrand vision
Maintaining and enforcing exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance




Opportunity to expand trading hours, with plans to open three nights per week
