We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic
Food and Beverage Attendant
to join our UNICA Dining team at Macquarie Hotel Liverpool, NSW. As a
casual
team member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar areas.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and skilled manner
Taking food and drink orders, accurately communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff
Serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service
Maintaining a clean and well‐organised service area, ensuring tables are set and cleared promptly
Assisting with stock management and inventory control
Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role within restaurant or café
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Create a memorable experience for our diners




A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Familiarity with food and beverage service procedures, including basic knowledge of menu items and drink preparation
An understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
