Rentokil is looking for an organised Service Coordinator with strong administrative and communication skills to join the team in Lidcombe, Sydney on a full-time basis.
n

The core responsibilities in this role include:
n
n
Organising and scheduling regular field service activities for the Pest Control team
n
Ensuring all Service Technician visits are loaded within set time frames and variances from divisional expectations are reported to the line Manager
n
Organise installations and jobs for completion within divisional time frames and expectations
n
Respond to customer enquiries/complaints on service and, where required, arrange necessary non-routine service calls
n
Deal with all paperwork and administration related to service activities and routing of documents for entry into the Branch Contracts Computer System
n
Ensure all daily routines completed by technicians are recorded in accordance with divisional requirements
n
Provide ongoing reports requested by management in relation to such items as state of service, jobs,



customer service history, specific technician productivity, and customer retention
n
Maintain reporting spreadsheets within timeframes
n
n
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
Excellent phone etiquette
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong computer skills
n
Ability to give clear instructions
n
Strong collaboration skills
n
Strong time management skills
n
Previous experience in a similar role, or fast-paced office setting
n
n
n
