Care and Connect Services and Consulting (CCSC) is seeking a Youth Worker to support young people in residential care. The role involves teaching practical and social skills, guiding daily routines, and promoting life-skills development in a nurturing, secure home environment.
The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable and able to engage with diverse stakeholders including CCSC staff and clients, with a focus on trauma-informed care and culturally connected support for Aboriginal and Torres
