Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Continuing Care Team Clinician for headspace Parramatta. The role focuses on comprehensive clinical case management and evidence-based psychological interventions for young people aged ***** at risk of psychosis or with first-episode psychosis.
You will join the headspace Early Psychosis program, contributing to open access early intervention services in a multidisciplinary team. Hybrid work is available and NSW driver's licence is required.
