Manage outbound orders within the Southland Eastern Creek branch. Prioritise urgent or high priority orders with a focus on meeting KPI's. Identify issues and action or elevate accordingly.
Key responsibilities
Picking and checking of sales orders and transfers
Packing of outbound sales orders and transfers
Despatch of outbound sales orders and transfers
Coordination with logistics for most efficient execution of services
Cleaning and maintenance of warehouse and equipment
Participation in toolbox and branch meetings
Order priority and staff daily tasks allocation within despatch area
About you
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates with solid aptitude)




Practical understanding of basic inventory processes including receipting, put-aways, picking, packing, and stock counting
Ability to accurately read and process sales orders, transfer documentation, and freight consignment details
Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and minimise stock discrepancies
Basic competency in warehouse ERP systems or ability to quickly learn systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and freight platforms
Sound understanding of workplace safety practices within a warehouse environment, including safe manual handling and plant operation
Ability to work effectively within and lead a team
