Our Client, an established Australian infrastructure services organisation, is looking for a Senior / Experienced Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to join them on a day rate contract.
You will be:
Supporting enterprise-level project delivery and governance
Coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and vendors
Ensuring project scope, schedule, and risk are effectively managed
Driving stakeholder engagement and reporting accuracy
Facilitating coordination of testing and business readiness
Contributing to project success through disciplined delivery oversight
Work rights:
The preferred candidate must have legal work rights within Australia.
Open to candidates with:
Extensive project coordination or PMO experience within enterprise environments
Familiarity with SAP and process automation or AI tools
Experience in coordinating UAT activities and managing project dependencies
Knowledge of risk, issue, and financial management
Ability to adapt to dynamic delivery methodologies (predominantly Waterfall, hybrid, or Agile)
