The Apple Thief in Batlow, NSW is seeking an experienced cidermaker or winemaker to lead production. This hands-on role covers the entire process from apple juice to finished beverages, with ownership of fermentation, blending and packaging.
You will work closely with growers, manage the cidery day-to-day, run trials, and develop current products while maintaining quality and production efficiency.
