Locus Robotics is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive value for APAC customers from Sydney or Melbourne. You will lead deployments of autonomous warehouse automation, coordinating with technical teams to ensure scalable, high-performing solutions across sites in Australia and the APAC region.
You will manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and serve as the primary escalation point for in office and remote support.
