Plenti is seeking a hands-on Business & Systems Analyst to improve the systems and processes supporting our loan lifecycle. You'll partner with Operations, Sales, Product and Technology to solve problems, streamline workflows and deliver better ways of working across platforms like Zoho CRM, Amazon Connect, n8n and Zapier.
You'll run discovery workshops, translate business needs into practical solutions, and develop automation and data-driven insights.
