What you'll do:
run corporate and commercial files including business structuring, commercial contracts and business sales; lead and mentor lawyers and paralegals; build your practice area and referral relationships.
What you'll bring:
7+ years PAE in corporate and commercial law; in-house or business-owner experience; an established referral network; team leadership experience; confidence with cloud-based practice tools (Smokeball, Microsoft 365).
