St Vincent's Hospital Sydney seeks experienced Registered Nurses to join the new Critical Care Outreach Nursing (CCON) Team. An endorsed Nurse Practitioner or CNC2 with a explicit plan toward NP endorsement will lead clinical support across the hospital.
You will assess and manage acutely unwell patients, drive early recognition of deterioration, and mentor staff while contributing to service development and evidence-based practice.
