AUSMAR is seeking a Drafting Manager to lead the residential drafting team at our Maroochydore head office. You will oversee both in-house and outsourced drafting, ensuring timely, compliant and high-quality building plans.
The role combines technical drafting expertise with leadership and process improvement, collaborating with Sales, Construction and Operations to drive efficiency and quality across Sunshine Coast projects.
