You will coach Centre Leadership Teams, strengthen leadership capability, and support delivery of strategic priorities while maintaining high health, safety and compliance standards.
You will bring an ECEC qualification, minimum 3 years operational ECEC experience, and proven centre-director capabilities to improve performance.
