Wineism in Albion, Queensland is seeking an experienced sous chef or CDP ready to run a kitchen. You'll take full ownership of a small, well-defined kitchen and execute a set menu of small plates to pair with our wine list, while shaping how the food evolves.
You'll work solo during service with support on busy days, collaborating closely with the FOH team and helping shape seasonal changes and current dishes alongside the team.
