Our client is a well-established and highly successful business seeking an experienced
Sales Administrator
to join their team immediately.
This is an initial
2-month temporary assignment
with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, enjoys a quick-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
The Important Parts
$38 - $43 per hour + Super

What You Will Be Required To Do
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Managing order entry and pricing information
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Liaising with warehouse, distribution and purchasing teams
Preparing and distributing sales reports
Maintaining customer records and sales dataProviding day-to-day support to the Sales team
Resolving customer enquiries and delivery issues
General administrative support as required
To Be Successful In The Role You Will
Have previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service,



Internal Sales or Order Processing
Possess strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Have exceptional communication and customer service skills
Be confident dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
Have intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Be highly organised with excellent time management skills
Have a proactive and professional approach to your work
Experience working within FMCG, wholesale, manufacturing or distribution environments will be highly regarded
Experience with D365 is advantageous but not essential
