South East Water is seeking a part-time People Business Partner to provide operational and strategic HR advice across stakeholder groups. The role is five days with 9:00am–3:00pm hours, approximately 30 hours weekly, and sits in the People Partnerships team.
Ideal candidates hold a degree in HR or related field with at least three years' HR Generalist experience in rapid-paced settings, including IR/ER in union environments and change-management support.
