About the Role
This is a hands-on position combining landscape construction with crew leadership and day-to-day site coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supervising landscaping crews on site.
Carrying out soft and hard landscaping works, including planting, soil preparation, mulching, irrigation, paving, concreting, edging and garden bed installation.




Reading and interpreting landscape plans and construction drawings.
Coordinating labour, materials, equipment and daily site activities.
Monitoring workmanship, productivity and project progress.
Liaising with builders, site managers and other trades.
Maintaining a safe, organised and productive worksite.
Ensuring works are completed to project specifications and quality requirements.
About You
You are a reliable, motivated landscaper who takes pride in your work, uses initiative and can confidently lead a crew.
Ideally, you will have:
Experience in commercial landscape construction.
Previous experience as a leading hand, foreman or crew leader, or the ability to step up into a leadership role.
Strong practical landscaping skills and attention to detail.
The ability to read landscape plans and work independently.
Good communication and organisational skills.
A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
A current driver's licence and Construction Induction Card (White Card).
The following will be highly regarded
Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence.
Excavator and skid steer operating experience, with relevant training or tickets.
Irrigation installation experience.
Experience working on commercial construction sites.
