Berry Street is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for the Multi-Agency Support Team (MAST) in Ballarat. You will work with the Senior MAST Coordinator and partner agencies to coordinate practical, individualized support for young people aged *****, across Ballarat, Moorabool and Ararat.
You will help develop plans, strengthen protective factors and connect youth with education, family and community services.
