Working alongside our experienced team, you will assist with abrasive blasting and surface preparation, prepare steel, components and equipment for painting and coating, and assist with industrial spray painting and protective coating applications. You will mix and prepare paints and coatings as required, set up, operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment, clean and maintain equipment and work areas, perform general workshop duties as required, follow company procedures, specifications and quality requirements, and maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety at all times.
Key responsibilities

Setting up, operating and maintaining blasting and painting equipment
Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
Following company procedures, specifications and quality requirements

Previous experience in industrial painting, abrasive blasting, protective coatings, fabrication, engineering or a similar industrial setting will be highly regarded but is not essential
