Working with trusted tourism partners, you'll coordinate every stage of a group's journey—from planning and pricing through to on-the-ground support—ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish.
THE ROLE
Design and cost customised group itineraries
Coordinate bookings and arrangements with hotels, transport providers, airlines, rail operators, and other tourism suppliers
Manage group operations and provide support while clients are travelling
Proactively resolve operational issues and find solutions when challenges arise
Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners
Deliver outstanding service and attention to detail at every stage of the customer journey
Assist in leading and supporting the groups team
THE MUST HAVES




You'll be a highly organised and motivated tourism professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and delivering exceptional experiences.
Previous group travel operations or MICE experience
Strong domestic destination product knowledge
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A genuine commitment to customer service excellence
