Key responsibilities
Provide professional remedial massage, relaxation massage, and other massage treatments within the therapist's qualifications and scope of practice.
Assess clients' needs, discuss their preferences and relevant health history, and adapt treatments accordingly.
Develop appropriate treatment approaches to meet individual client needs.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional treatment environment.
Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
Follow workplace health and safety requirements and professional standards.
Maintain accurate client records and follow the clinic's policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with other therapists and reception staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
About you
Qualification in Remedial Massage (Diploma of Remedial Massage) or relevant Massage Certificate/experience.
Membership with a professional massage association (e.g., Massage & Myotherapy Australia / Association of Massage Therapists) and Health Fund Provider Numbers are highly desirable.

Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional indemnity and public liability insurance, where required for the role.
Membership with a recognised qualified massage association and eligibility for health fund provider recognition are desirable, where applicable to the treatments offered.
