About the Role
This is a full function bookkeeping role which will require you to work closely with the firms' Accountants. You will be required to undertake the following tasks and manage your own client portfolio:
Preparing monthly reports
Undertaking full function bookkeeping tasks
Undertaking functions related to the ATO and ASIC
Managing a portfolio of clients and handling any queries
Maintaining regular client contact
Assisting with training of clients when required
Processing of payroll for multiple clients
Visiting clients on site when required
About You
My client is looking for experienced Bookkeepers with at least five years of experience working in a public practice accounting firm. Alternatively, you could be working in a role where you are managing your own portfolio of clients. You will ideally have:
Experience managing a client portfolio
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Experience in using Xero and MYOB
Ability to work autonomously
A passion for assisting businesses
