About your current role
As an experienced Supervisor, you will join Pacific National's Queensland Coal team, based in Coppabella. You will lead frontline train crews and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable service delivery while fostering a positive team culture.

What you will do
Prioritise safety in every moment, safely every day
Lead and promote safety initiatives and compliance across operations
Manage train crew performance, rostering and operational requirements
Coach, mentor and develop team members, including onboarding new drivers
Support incident management and workplace issue resolution
Collaborate with planning and service delivery teams to achieve operational outcomes
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights
Leadership experience within transport, logistics, mining, rail or heavy industry
Strong communication and people management skills
Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership
Experience managing employee relations and workplace matters
Ability to work flexibly to support operational requirements
Rail industry experience is desirable but not essential
