We are seeking a motivated
Graduate Engineer with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
to join the project team in Jindabyne, NSW.
This is an opportunity to gain practical, hands‐on experience working alongside experienced engineers and construction professionals on infrastructure projects, with exposure to engineering coordination, site activities, quality assurance, and project delivery.
We are looking for someone eager to learn, proactive, organised, and ready to develop their technical and skilled skills in a site-based environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist with the coordination of engineering and construction activities on site.
Support the review of technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, and materials tracking.




Help monitor project progress, schedules, and construction milestones.
Participate in site inspections and assist with quality assurance and compliance documentation.
Support testing, installation, commissioning, and handover activities where applicable.
Prepare reports, maintain project records, and update engineering documentation.
About You:
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Recent graduate or early‐career engineer looking to develop practical construction experience.
A genuine interest in infrastructure, utilities, water, or wastewater projects.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‐solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
Confidence using engineering documentation and standard computer applications.
Australian working rights and the ability to work in Jindabyne, NSW.
Previous construction experience is advantageous but not essential. We encourage applications from graduates who demonstrate a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
