G4S Australia and Recent Zealand is seeking an experienced Security Team Leader for Long Bay Forensic Hospital. This permanent, full-time role offers a fixed Monday to Friday roster from 07:30 to 15:30 and a pathway to leadership across our national network.
As Team Leader you will supervise a team of Security Officers on the floor, support patient escorts and high‐risk movements, and report to the Operations Coordinator to ensure policy compliance and continuous service delivery.
