Due to recent internal promotions, we have an opening in our integrated building services company Aizer Group. We are on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic person for a hybrid role
Project Coordinator/ Operations
to join our Building delivery team, based in our Brisbane office.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling trades and services along with the Project Manager and/or site supervisor for seamless and smooth project delivery.
Liaising with clients, trades and suppliers via phone and email.
Cost control and project financial tracking & reporting
Delivering a high level of customer service across all business lead interactions, including engagement with trades, achieving best outcomes for clients and the business
Updating internal database and systems.
Schedule internal trades and project teams.

Strong professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Commitment to a high standard of customer service
Demonstrated ability to manage and use spreadsheets and records
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft suite and ability to adapt to new systems
Previous exposure to the building industry is advantageous
Procore experience or other similar project delivery software
