About the Position
Part-time – 2 days per week
Newstead, Brisbane
On-site position
Free parking available
Some flexibility around working days may be available for the right person
Our external accountant will continue to provide tax and accounting advice and prepare relevant tax obligations. However, we need a bookkeeper who understands the accounting process well enough to ensure our records are accurate, reconciled and ready for our accountant.
Most importantly, we want someone who can give management a transparent and current understanding of:
What has come in → What is expected in → What has gone out → What is due → What we've committed to → What tax obligations are coming up.
We are looking for someone
proactive, experienced and financially switched-on
who will take ownership of their area, identify issues and keep management informed rather than waiting to be asked.
