Myer Group is seeking a Loyalty Lifecycle Lead to drive the MYER one lifecycle strategy across the member journey. The role focuses on onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation, leveraging customer insights to optimise touchpoints and campaigns.
You will collaborate with CRM, marketing, digital, product, analytics and external agencies to deliver integrated lifecycle initiatives and report on performance metrics.
