We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our RBW team. You will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients and businesses across the Geelong and surrounding area's in a timely and professional manner. You will act as the face of our company, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service, when delivering there orders.
Core Responsibilities
Transport & Navigation:
Safely operate a company vehicle (Van) to deliver goods, following the most efficient routes and adhering to all local traffic laws and road regulations.
Loading & Unloading:
Manually or mechanically load and unload cargo, ensuring items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. experience with a Walkie stacker forklift is preferred.




Warehousing/Unloading Stock:
Receiving goods
,
Unloading stock, putting away stock on shelves, stock control.
Customer Service:
Interact with clients in a polite and skilled manner, handling any inquiries, and resolving delivery issues.
Documentation & Payments:
Obtain customer signatures (Proof of Delivery), and process or collect payments when required.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip safety checks, report any mechanical issues, and ensure the vehicle is clean, serviced and well-fuelled.
