It's for NDIS participants who are ready to build work skills, routine and confidence in a place they already know and love. We work alongside you at every step, at your own pace, and over time many participants take on more responsibility and build toward more independent employment. On car care you look after the business cars so they're ready for whoever needs them next. You clean the cars inside and out, take them to fill up with petrol, and check that the logbook has been filled out properly after each trip. If something looks wrong, like a warning light, low tyre or a logbook entry that's been missed, you let us know so it can be sorted. As you settle in, other car jobs can be added, so the role can grow with you. It's the same checklist in the same order each shift, with us alongside you on every shift. This role is delivered through our Supported Work Program. Your wages are paid by the business.
