Package:
$125k package + discretionary bonus
The Role:
We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to manage 4 x commercial assets across Perth. You will be working for a leading property organisation known for their company culture, values and career progression.
Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
Manage day to day operations of the portfolio including preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and compliance
Management of work orders and invoices
Manage tenant relationships through regular meetings and strong communication
Manage subcontractor relationships
Ensure all compliance and maintenance documentation is completed and recorded correctly
Delivery and management of capex projects
We are looking to speak with candidates with the following experience:
3-5 years FM experience
Positive WHS awareness and compliance knowledge
Strong relationship building skills
