Mercure IT Melbourne is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and mentor a dedicated team, delivering qualified, efficient and friendly service to guests across restaurant and banquets.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will supervise breakfast, lunch and dinner service, assist with rostering and budgeting, manage guest queries, and support training and development while maintaining Australian working rights.
