Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Children's Services to support young people aged 5–18 who have experienced trauma. You'll help them feel safe, build trust and develop life skills in a compassionate, trauma-informed home workplace.
You'll create meaningful routines, advocate for their rights and collaborate with families, schools and therapists. This role offers flexible rostering and opportunities for leadership development within Aruma.
