Gilligan's is seeking a Gaming Attendant to join our venue team in Cairns, Far North Queensland. You will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced gaming setting, managing gaming machines, Keno operations, and cash handling while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
Operate and monitor gaming machines and Keno systems
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity
Provide exceptional customer service to guests
Maintain a pleasant and organized gaming environment
About you
Experience with Gaming Machines and Keno is essential
Exceptional cash handling skills
Prior customer service experience with a customer-oriented mindset
Availability and flexibility to embrace a rotating roster, including weekends
Experience with bar service is preferred
Valid QLD RSA/RSG is required
Experience with Odyssey Gaming systems would be beneficial
Must have full working rights in Australia
Police Check required




Ability to work with minimal supervision
Competitive HIGA Award rates including penalty rates
