Prospa is seeking a Senior Risk & Controls Lead to strengthen the first-line risk capabilities across Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, Finance and People. You will partner with leaders to build sustainable risk and control disciplines that scale with growth.
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk & Legal, you will drive risk assessments, embed accountability, and uplift control maturity across the organisation. This is a hands-on role with broad cross‐functional impact.
