Varsity Ringwood in Melbourne is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen for Victoria's first Varsity venue. You'll build and develop a busy BOH team, set standards from day one and drive the Varsity Way in every service.
With experience in high-volume pubs or restaurants, you'll manage stock, labour and food safety while delivering excellent, consistent meals. Training with WA teams will prepare you for the November launch and the Ringwood opening.
