QLD All Trade Services | Redcliffe, QLD
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm
Take the Lead in a Growing Property Maintenance Business
QLD All Trade Services is seeking an experienced, highly organised and motivated
Senior Operations Coordinator
to take ownership of our daily business operations, lead our administration and field teams, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality maintenance services.
This is a senior, hands‐on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys managing people and processes, and has the confidence to make decisions and keep a busy operation running efficiently.
We are looking for someone who can lead the day-to-day business, not simply coordinate tasks.
About Us
QLD All Trade Services is an established and growing property maintenance company specialising in residential rental property maintenance, repairs, cleaning and trade services.
Based in Redcliffe, we work closely with real estate agencies, property managers, property owners and tenants throughout Southeast Queensland, including Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and Toowoomba.
Our reputation is built on reliable service, strong client relationships, quality workmanship and efficient turnaround times.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced professional to strengthen our operations and support the next stage of our development.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, coordinating our administration and field teams, managing client relationships and ensuring jobs progress efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion and invoicing.
You will have the autonomy to make operational decisions, resolve challenges and implement improvements, with administrative support available to assist with day-to-day tasks.
This position requires someone who can balance operational leadership with hands‐on involvement when required.
Location & Travel Requirements
This is primarily an office‐based position located at our Redcliffe office, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
While the majority of your responsibilities will be performed from our Redcliffe office, occasional travel throughout Southeast Queensland may be required to attend site visits, meet with clients,

coordinate field operations or address operational matters as needed.
As our services extend across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and Toowoomba, flexibility to undertake occasional work‐related travel is an important part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
Oversee daily business operations, prioritise workloads, manage competing deadlines and ensure efficient service delivery.
Team Management:
Lead, support and coordinate administration staff, tradespeople and external contractors, ensuring accountability and consistent performance.
Trade & Job Coordination:
Oversee maintenance requests, job scheduling, contractor allocation, workflow management and quality control.
Quoting & Invoicing:
Oversee the preparation, accuracy and timely completion of quotations, invoices and outstanding payment follow-ups, with administration support.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong working relationships with real estate agencies, property managers, owners and tenants.
Escalations & Dispute Resolution:
Take ownership of client concerns, complaints and operational issues, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
Business Administration:
Oversee correspondence, financial administration, supplier relationships and general business processes.
Systems & Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, service delivery and internal procedures.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure operations comply with relevant workplace health and safety requirements, tenancy legislation and company standards.
Recruitment & Training:
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training and developing team members.
Business Reporting:
Provide regular operational updates, identify emerging issues and work closely with the Managing Director to achieve business objectives.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional who brings strong leadership, excellent organisational skills and a practical, solutions‐focused approach.
You will be comfortable taking responsibility, managing people and making decisions independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in operations coordination, business administration leadership, team management or a similar senior role.
Demonstrated experience supervising staff, delegating responsibilities and managing team performance.
Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
Experience preparing or overseeing quotations, invoicing and accounts receivable.
Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‐resolution skills.
Confidence handling difficult conversations, client complaints and operational escalations.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and accountability.
Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and job management systems such as Tradify or similar.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems, implement solutions and improve business processes.
A current Queensland driver's licence, access to reliable transport and willingness to undertake occasional site visits and work‐related travel throughout Southeast Queensland.
Highly regarded, but not essential:
Experience within property maintenance, real estate, construction or trade services.
Previous experience coordinating multiple tradespeople or field-based teams.
Knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation, maintenance obligations and entry requirements.
Experience implementing operational procedures, managing workflows or improving team performance.
What We Offer
Market-competitive salary package
reflective of your experience and capabilities.
Genuine leadership opportunity
with responsibility for daily business operations.
Autonomy and trust
to make decisions and take ownership of your role.
Dedicated administration support
to assist with operational and financial processes.
Monday to Friday working hours
– 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Primarily office-based position
at our Redcliffe location, with occasional site visits.
Established client relationships
and a growing network of real estate agencies.
Career development opportunities
as the business continues to expand.
Supportive team environment
with direct access to the Managing Director.
Why Join QLD All Trade Services?
This is an opportunity to step into a key leadership position within a growing business where your experience, initiative and decisions will make a genuine difference.
We value people who take ownership, lead by example and are committed to delivering results.
