About the Role
As an Inbound/Outbound Reservations Consultant, you will be responsible for converting warm enquiries into confirmed bookings while providing outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on online enquiries with outbound calls to secure bookings (warm leads only - no cold calling)
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with enquiries and providing accurate information
Manage inbound calls and reservation enquiries
Assist with occasional face-to-face customer service at the counter when required
About You
Proven sales experience (essential) with a strong ability to close
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
Solid organisational and time management skills
Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or appointment setting highly regarded
