TFE Hotels is seeking an energetic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (Part-Time) for Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour in Sydney. You will lead our bar, restaurant and conferencing operations, delivering memorable guest experiences while coaching a high-performing team on a rotating 7-day roster.
This in office role requires a hands-on leader with strong beverage knowledge, RSA and food safety credentials, and a passion for guest service.
