Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in a newly created full time position at our Epping, VIC, site. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and a deep understanding of our industry.
The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to leverage your experience working with architects, designers, and end-users to nurture relationships and contribute to building the premium solution our clients desire.
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans




Manage and track sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management
Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends
You will bring:
Proven track record of success in business development
Familiarity with both commercial and residential markets
End-user or retail experience would be beneficial
Exoerience partnering with architects, builders, and other industry stakeholders
Experience with similar products or products of a technical nature
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational, time management and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
