What you'll be doing:
Deliver monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Analyse financial performance and provide commercial insights.
Partner with operational leaders to drive business performance.
Manage manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing and overhead allocations.
Investigate cost variances and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Support month-end close, reconciliations and audit requirements.
Develop KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
Conduct financial modelling and ad-hoc analysis.
Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and costing information.
What You'll Bring:
CA/CPA qualification.
Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting capability.
Hands-on cost accounting experience, including standard costing and variance analysis.
Experience analysing margins, labour costs, overheads and operational performance.
Advanced Excel skills and strong systems proficiency.
Well-developed commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across finance and operations.
A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process and reporting enhancements.
