About the Role
We're looking for a Compliance and Audit Officer to join our growing Risk & Compliance team on the Gold Coast. Reporting into the Compliance function, you'll play a hands-on role supporting internal audit, compliance monitoring and governance activities across the business — helping us maintain the high regulatory and ethical standards our clients and partners expect.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the delivery of compliance and internal audit activities across the business.
Conduct internal audits, and loan file reviews.
Maintain compliance registers, records and action plans.
Assist with updating policies, procedures and compliance documentation as needed.
Coordinate monthly compliance monitoring activities and reporting.
Prepare audit working papers,



findings and recommendations.
Support Compliance Committee meetings and governance activities.
Coordinate compliance training and maintain training records.
Assist with external audits and regulatory information requests.
Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll Thrive Here If You Have
Experience in compliance, audit, risk, governance or quality assurance (preferred)
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence working with policies, documentation and reporting
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High levels of integrity and accountability
Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is an advantage, but not essential
A qualification (or currently studying) in Business, Compliance, Risk or a related field is desirable
