Arthrex is seeking a Helpdesk Support Officer to provide high-level IT support for the APAC region. The role is based onsite in Frenchs Forest, NSW, Australia, with occasional travel to a warehouse and interstate travel.
You will handle Level 1/2 issues, assist with hardware, software, and system upgrades, and liaise with regional IT teams. The ideal candidate has solid customer service skills, solid Windows/Office experience, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to staff.
