Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) Developers: Come Build the Big Stuff
If you're an OmniStudio/Vlocity/Salesforce Industries dev who's bored of "tweaking another FlexCard for the fifteenth time," I've got roles that will wake your brain back up.
I'm working with a Salesforce team that's growing rapid and delivering some of the biggest Federal Government transformation programs in the country. Proper scale. Proper complexity. Proper career stretch.
Why these roles are actually interesting
You'll be hands‐on in major Gov platforms that millions of Australians rely on
Deep exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / OmniStudio),
not just the shiny bits
Clear pathways into tech leadership or architecture if that's where you're heading
A team that's collaborative, supportive, and genuinely invested in your growth
Hybrid flexibility, with Canberra as the preferred base
Tech you'll be playing with
OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures
Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations
Agile delivery, Git, DevOps: the usual grown‐up engineering toolkit
Who I'm keen to chat with
Mid‐Level Developers: 3-5+ years Salesforce experience
Senior Developers: 5-8+ years, ideally with OmniStudio architecture or leadership chops
The essentials
Baseline or NV1 security clearance preferred
Canberra‐based preferred, with hybrid working available
